Our objective is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so Spirit to Sole Connection has implemented an appointment cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointment times for our clients in need of immediate attention.
Cancellation & Changes of an Appointment:
In order to be respectful of Spirit to Sole Connection and clients on the waiting list please be courteous and contact Spirit to Sole Connection promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. This will allow us to contact a client on the wait list. If it’s necessary for you to cancel or change your scheduled appointment we require that you call Spirit to Sole Connection, at least 24-hours in advance.
How to Cancel Your Appointment:
To cancel an appointment please call Spirit to Sole Connection at 856-834-0883. If you reach the voice-mail please leave a detailed message. If you would like to reschedule your appointment please be sure to leave your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.
Using social media or email is NOT an acceptable way to cancel an appointment.
Clients who change or cancel their scheduled appointment at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled time may reschedule their appointment with no incurred fee.
A “no-show” is someone who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without calling Spirit to Sole Connection at least 24-hours in advance to cancel. “No-shows” inconvenience Spirit to Sole Connection, as well as people who are in urgent need for sessions. Clients that do not show for their appointment will be charged a $35.00 fee. Repeat offenses will require up front payment of services.
Late cancellations will be considered a cancellation within 24 hours or “same day”. Exceptions will only be made in extraordinary circumstances. Cancellations made more than 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25.00 fee.
Emergency Appointment Cancellation:
Emergency appointment cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
